Like most enthusiastically basic girlies, I live and breathe for fall. Give me a flavored Starbucks latte and put “All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version) [From The Vault]” on repeat, and I’m honestly set. I love being a cliché.
Being a basic fall girly also means I’m a fall fashion enthusiast. And fall fashion means fall sweaters, fall jackets and fall booties. Until this morning, I thought I didn’t need any more fall booties in my closet, but then the Dolce Vita Ramson Western Boot from Nordstrom came into my life. Yes, I bought them immediately.
I mean, the way my basic heart skipped a beat when I laid eyes on the Dolce Vita booties. They’re chic, and the short block heel means they’re super wearable. And you need to feel that joy, too. Look how perfect:
The subtly bold black and white color-blocking of the Dolce Vita Ramson Western Boot is the ideal type of neutral. They go with every outfit imaginable, but they bring that little extra bit of spice to stand out.
I’m already planning out how to style them once they get here. Obviously, they’re going to look classic paired with a basic white tee, high-waisted jeans and a leather jacket. I’m also so hyped to pair them with dressier looks, like a dark floral midi dress or a mini skirt and blouse.
Technically speaking, the Dolce Vita Ramson Western Boot comes in four styles, including a brown and black leather combo. But the black and white leather combo is just competing at a different level than the others.
Meanwhile, the reviews are only making me more impatient. One Nordstrom shopper wrote that the Dolce Vita Ramson Western Boot is “super soft” with an ideal heel height for everyday wear.
Another Nordstrom shopper says that they were comfortable from day one and had no problem wearing them to a three-day music festival. “[There was] lots of standing and dancing and my feet didn’t hurt at all,” they wrote. “I was nervous about not breaking them in before the festival but they arrived late so I took a chance and wore them anyway. So glad I did.”
One thing to note is that reviews also mention to size up a half-size, as Dolce Vita shoes tend to run small.
OK, now I need to go sit cross-legged at my apartment door while chaotically refreshing the tracking information.
