Sudanese paramilitary forces are encircling the only capital they haven’t captured in the western Darfur region, the United Nations said Friday, warning that an attack would have “devastating consequences” for the city's 800,000 inhabitants. Coastal Carolina athletic director Hogue, ex-football coach Moglia changing roles
Coastal Carolina's Matt Hogue, in charge of the athletic department for the past 10 years, will move to a new role at the school this summer while former football coach Joe Moglia will give up his positions as chairman of athletics and executive director of football once the new athletic director is hired.
