Nicola Peltz Beckham on Mother-in-Law Victoria Beckham's Closet: 'It's Like Heaven in There' (Exclusive)
She tells PEOPLE about borrowing clothes from the fashion designer and all about their matching jacket moment in Paris
Nicola Peltz Beckham may be a rising style star, but that doesn't stop her from coveting someone else's wardrobe.
Nicola, 29, hit the fashion jackpot when she married Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, 25, son of fashion designer and former Spice girl Victoria Beckham. So it's no surprise that the model wants access to her mother-in-law's enviable clothing and accessories collection, which she says is as incredible as you'd imagine.
"Anytime I get in that closet I'm like, 'Please!'" she tells PEOPLE. "It's like heaven in there."

Nicola even had a matchy-matchy moment with Victoria in February. While Nicola and Brooklyn were out and about during Paris Fashion Week, Nicola wore a leather Dolce & Gabbana jacket that looked ripped right from Victoria's closet.
The piece, from 2001, had been worn by Victoria in the early aughts on the sidelines of a soccer game with a tiny Brooklyn in tow, but Nicola actually got her jacket as a gift from her mother, Claudia Peltz.
"When I first started dating Brooklyn, I sent my mom that picture of Victoria and I just thought Brooklyn looked so cute," Nicola, who spoke to PEOPLE at Snapple's Solar Eclipse Speakeasy in New York City on April 8, says. "And I was like, look how cute Brooklyn looks. Also, look how cute this jacket is! Years later, as a surprise for me, my mom got it on 1stDibs."

Nicola says her mom found a buyer who had an archive of fashions from the '90s and early 2000s, and she's been trying to track down whether or not her jacket is actually Victoria's.
"Victoria sold hers for charity [years ago], so it's this mystery," she says with a laugh. "Brooklyn was like, 'Is that the jacket?!' And everyone else was like, 'IS THAT THE JACKET?!'" But we don't know! But the whole part of Brooklyn wearing a red shirt when I wore the jacket in Paris [like in the original photo of Victoria wearing the jacket] was not planned. We were dying laughing when we realized."
