A new TV spot for Southpaw, seen here first on Yahoo Movies, will air this weekend in honor of the big fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao.

Jake Gyllenhaal watched a Mayweather fight in Las Vegas last year as part of the actor’s intense preparation for the role of boxer Billy Hope. He also spent some time with real fighters in Mayweather’s gym.

Wonder who Gyllenhaal will be rooting for on Saturday?

You can see Southpaw in theaters starting July 24.
