Lily Collins is a Vision on the Red Carpet at the Rome Film Festival

The lovely Lily Collins stole the show at the Rome Film Festival on Sunday in an ethereal lavender floor-length gown that made her look like she was floating down the red carpet.
The dark lavender-colored bodice of the dress was a striking match with her perfect wavy brown hair and the deep purple shade of her lipstick. The diaphanous train of the gown billowed to the floor in lighter and lighter shades of purple and lavender.

She was in Rome to help promote her newest film, Love, Rosie, a romantic comedy that stars Collins and Sam Claflin (Finnick from The Hunger Games series) as childhood best friends who may or may not be secretly perfect for each other. “I think a lot of the awkwardness in this movie is what makes it so funny and relatable,” Collins said at the film’s premiere in London earlier this month. “But also the romance is what makes it realistic I think, so hopefully everyone can relate to it.”

At another event in Rome earlier in the day, Collins — who’s the daughter of rock legend Phil Collins — wore white high-waisted pants paired with a stylish matching halter top. As is always the case, Collins appeared demure yet confident, with nary a hair out place.
