Those who know the book can see that the film expands upon the world in the pages of "The Little Prince," introducing a little girl who rediscovers her childhood when she befriends the eccentric Aviator next door. Her new friend tells her the story of meeting the titular boy prince, and how his life was forever changed.

First published in 1943, "The Little Prince" is one of the best-selling books of all time and had previously been adapted for television. This CGI and still animation interpretation, however, is easily the biggest-scale adaptation the world has seen yet, and features the voices of Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, James Franco, Paul Giamatti, and more.
