Yahoo Movies New 'Batman v Superman' Posters Give Close-Up Look at DC's Hero Trio
The DC superheroes are ready for their close-ups.
Clearly unafraid of Star Wars’ mighty grip on the cultural conversation, on Wednesday, Warner Bros. and DC had the three main stars of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice post new posters featuring their characters to social media. There’s not a whole lot of new material here to take in or pick apart, but Ben Affleck did provide a closer look at Batman’s wicked new armor, which looks like Ironman’s Hulkbuster suit with even more impressive abs.

As for Superman, we already know what his costume looks like, but are still impressed by Henry Cavill’s jaw line and perfectly cleft chin.
Elsewhere, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman is ready to duel with anyone dumb enough to come her way.

While The Force Awakens may be dominating the airwaves at the moment, Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder doesn’t seem too peeved. Earlier this week he tweeted about his own excitement over the J.J. Abrams-directed sequel, along with a quick video mashing up an angry Bruce Wayne and Darth Vader.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which brings DC’s three big heroes together for the first time, hits theaters on March 25.
