The Apple TV+ comedy Mythic Quest will officially return for seasons 3 and 4.
This sensational news was announced by co-creator and star Rob McElhenney on Twitter on Thursday (October 21), where he brought guest narrator Anthony Hopkins and Ted Lasso's Jason Sudeikis in for a hilarious video call.
Tongue-in-cheek, the double Oscar winner (most recently for his stunning turn in dementia drama The Father) said of McElhenney's exciting update: "Wow that's wonderful, congratulations! Yeah... really, what is that exactly?" before referring to him and the series as 'Ron' and 'Mr Quest'.
Comically nicknamed 'Suds' in Hopkins' phone, Sudeikis soon showed up as the Welsh legend pleaded for a role in his sporty Apple TV+ hit, which stormed the Primetime Emmy Awards last month.
Meanwhile, the streaming service's head of programming Matt Cherniss commented: "Just like critics and audiences all over the world, we fell in love with Rob and his team's sharp writing and full-of-heart, relatable characters that make up the world of Mythic Quest.
"We can't wait for viewers to see what's in store in the upcoming seasons of this brilliant workplace comedy."

As for Apple TV+'s other ventures: Marvel star Lee Pace's epic sci-fi Foundation was awarded a second season a couple of weeks ago.
"With season two, our audience will get to visit more of Asimov's indelible characters and worlds, including Hober Mallow, General Bel Riose, and all the Outer Suns," shared showrunner David S Goyer.
"I'm thrilled that a whole new generation of fans are reading Asimov's brilliant masterwork. We're playing the long game with Foundation and I'm grateful to my partners at Apple and Skydance for entrusting me with this epic. Buckle up. We're about to fold some serious space."
Mythic Quest will return for season 3 on Apple TV+ sometime next year.
