A possible tornado was spotted in southern Lisbon, Portugal, on Thursday, March 28, footage captured by local showed.Local reports, citing the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), described people witnessing what appeared to be a “funnel-shaped cloud” near the waters of the Tagus River around 2 pm on Thursday.“From the looks of it, it was a phenomenon very similar to a tornado.
