Millie Bobby Brown has never been afraid to talk about her struggles with acne. Throughout the years, the Stranger Things star has frequently shared makeup-free pics and talked about her breakouts, as well as her go-to pimple care routine — an openness that is very much appreciated by fans who are going through similar acne journeys. In a new post, Brown opened up about her ever-changing relationship to her skin and shared another makeup-free selfie to let fans dealing with breakouts know they're not alone.

In the new selfie, Brown poses in profile so you can see a few zits near her hairline and cheekbones. She's not wearing makeup to cover them up, and that's on purpose. “My journey with acne is something very personal to me,” she wrote on the Florence by Mills account. (Florence by Mills is her beauty line, which includes skincare and makeup.) “We all deserve to feel confident & comfortable in our own skin & I hope by sharing my experience, you feel inspired to embrace your skin & love it no matter what stage it’s in!”

Brown has been sharing her skin struggles for years, and she always does it with honesty and a sense of humor. For example, in 2018, she revealed that she named one of her zits after her Stranger Things costar Sadie Sink! Her message resonates with her fans, who hopped into the comments to share their thoughts as well. “When ever [sic] I'm feeling down about my skin I'll always remember what mills said," wrote one. “Thank you millie really for all this you are doing💜 for all of us who are struggling to feel good about ourselves!!! We are all perfect,” wrote another.
