Miles Teller Lists Modern Spanish-Style Digs for $5.7 Million
Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh are letting go of the modern Spanish-style Studio City abode they’ve lived in for the past seven years. According to Dirt, the Top Gun: Maverick actor and his wife have listed the 5,500-square-foot home for $5.7 million. The property originally cost them $3 million. Earlier this year, the couple settled down in a larger house (6,622 square feet) on a smaller lot (0.19 acres) in the Pacific Palisades.
The Studio City dwelling they’re looking to part ways with sits on a little over a quarter acre of land, surrounded by hedges and a wooden gate. Built in 2016, the two-story house includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Interiors are painted white, floors are laid with hardwood throughout—with the exception of tiled bathrooms—and several rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings. A chef’s kitchen is topped with a rustic wood-paneled ceiling and also features a breakfast nook and butler’s pantry attached to either side of the room.
Open archways allow a breezy flow from the kitchen and throughout the living spaces on the ground floor, with public rooms including a dining room complete with floor-to-ceiling wine storage, a home theater with tiered seating, an ensuite bedroom (which was used as a workout space), and a living room that opens up to outdoor dining and a landscaped backyard. A pool with a spa and baja shelf, a designated section for barbecuing, and a cabana outfitted with a television, fireplace, and seating are highlights of the grounds.
Sitting upstairs are four ensuite bedrooms. Double doors in the primary suit lead to a balcony overlooking the backyard, and the expansive bathroom features a soaking tub, a standalone shower, and an attached walk-in closet.
Rooms in the couple’s new East Coast-style property are just a little bigger than those in their old home and feature dark hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, and several fireplaces throughout the rooms.
Despite all its amenities and sought-after design features, it isn’t surprising that the Tellers are ready to leave this home—earlier this year, burglars broke into the house while the couple was out of the country.
