Meghan Markle Smiles In Never-Before-Seen Picture At A Soup Kitchen Ahead Of Christmas
Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and Archie Harrison might be enjoying a six-week break from their royal duties, but that isn’t stopping one organisation from bringing their philanthropic work to our attention during their absence.
Over the weekend, the St. Felix Centre in Toronto, Canada – a homeless centre which provides services for those in need – shared a never-before-seen photo of the Duchess of Sussex during a previous visit to the organisation, while she worked on the hit legal drama Suits.
Earlier this year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official Instagram account championed the charity in one of their posts ahead of the festive season, prompting the centre to thank the couple for their kind gesture.

An excerpt of the caption which accompanies the photo of Meghan – who is dressed in a puffer jacket and a black cap - reads: 'Meghan Markle was an active supporter and volunteer of St. Felix Centre during her time living in the city while working on Suits.
‘She volunteered on a regular basis in our kitchen as part of our Community Meals Program. The Duchess also donated food from the set of Suits, and on one Thanksgiving she brought in all the food, turkeys and the fixings for over 100 people.’

The caption continues, describing the 38-year-old as ‘the lovely Meghan’, as she was widely known throughout the organisation.
‘We're happy to see she continues supporting vulnerable people now as a member of the Royal Family. We'd love for her to visit us again one day,’ it concluded.
This isn’t the first time the Duchess has given back to her local community.
