Megan thee Stallion doesn’t play around when it comes to diss tracks or her gym time. The "HISS" rapper, 28, shared her exact leg and butt workout in a new Instagram video, and her body-ody-ody looks super strong.
With a voiceover guiding fans through her *exact* workout routine, the "Not My Fault" musician started off with staggered leg kettlebell deadlifts into weighted reverse lunges. To do this compound exercise, Meg hinged forward while slowly lowering the kettlebell down the front of her body, nearly touching the floor, before stepping back into a reverse lunge and repeating the movement. Meg’s staggered stance added some stability to the lateral movement, but also turned the heat way up on her glutes and her hamstrings because she put a lot of her weight on her standing leg.
The "Cobra" rapper then popped onto the floor for a set of sit-ups and torso twists, that worked her obliques, before getting right back to her booty and legs. Meg crushed a set of squats on what appears to be a leg press and hack squat combo machine, which is designed for people like Meg, who are super serious about their leg workouts. (FYI: The machine is engineered to build lower body strength because it combines the benefits of a leg press, with the power of a squat, all while elevated at a 45-degree angle, per the manufacturer’s website.)
Meg ended her epic workout with box jumps on an impressively tall platform, making sure to work her legs and booty at the same time. Hot girl summer is around the corner, after all.

When it comes to what's fueling leg day, Meg doesn’t share too much about her daily diet. But in a previous Instagram video, she shared a pic of her post-workout meal, which included salmon, sweet potatoes, kale, avocado, and tomatoes. And of course, she indulges in her beloved hot Cheetos from time to time.
