Yahoo Movies Megan Fox's Euphoria makeup is the only thing you need to see today
As much as it can sometimes leave you feeling a bit… meh, social media can be a great place if you follow people whose content you genuinely like to see. For me, my feed is filled to the brim with makeup inspo that gives me colourful joy with every scroll.
Usually, most of that makeup inspo comes from, well, makeup artists (lol, stating the obvious, I know), but on my most recently scroll sesh, it came from none other than Megan Fox herself.
Posting a series of fire selfies, Megan is sporting a major Instagram beauty trend: monochromatic makeup. This involves picking one colour for your beauty look for a matchy-matchy moment across your face.
Usually, you may wear your chosen shade across your eyelids, cheeks and lips – but Megan did things a little differently, naturally.
And her influence for the look? Hit TV show Euphoria, of course.
In the caption, she wrote: "If I were the AP Literature teacher at Euphoria High" and much like the bright and fun makeup in the show, Megan's makeup is an absolute vibe.
The actor chose bright tangerine orange eyeshadow to wear on her inner corners. While orange blusher is actually an absolute vibe, Megan's orange eyeshadow was complimented with matching orange nails instead.
Yep, her fingertips have been painted with a pretty shade of orange that I’d love to wear on my next holiday (along with a matching cocktail, of course).
In fact, Megan's makeup artist Jenna Kristina revealed that her and Megan were inspired by the orange manicure, which was done by nail artist Brittney Boyce.
Posting pictures on Instagram, Jenna wrote in the caption: "#meganfox and I were inspired by the 🔥🍊 nails by @nails_of_la"
For the rest of her makeup, Megan wore a pink-toned nude lip with matching pink blusher – so actually, she’s doing a monochromatic moment twice.
To finish the look, the actor has her signature fluttery eyelashes and thick eyebrows to frame her eyes.
Maybe she’s just convinced me to get a bit bolder with my eyeshadow choices… lol, who am I kidding?
