Yahoo Movies McDonald’s Dropped A Line Of Saweetie Merch And It’s *So* Icy
Update, August 23, 2021: We know you've been ordering and remixing the Saweetie Meal from McDonald's over the last few weeks. The Big Mac, four-piece McNuggets, medium fries, and a medium Sprite is the perfect lunch or dinner, and with the singer's suggestion on how to mix it up, you can enjoy it in all kinds of different ways.
But now there is a new way to celebrate. McDonald's and Saweetie made a line of clothing to go along with the special meal. This iced-out streetwear collection has tons of unisex items inspired by Saweetie's love of air brush.
“Now ya’ll know I stay dipped in the latest fashion, so it was only right I drop some icy merch to celebrate my McDonald’s collab," Saweetie said in a press release. “There are so many oversized pieces that I love–like my favorites: the Saweetie 'N Sour Hoodie and Fry Tees.”
Each piece features art of something she loves, like the Saweetie 'N Sour Hoodie and Fry Tees, but also a volleyball for her love of sports and palm trees as a nod to her West Coast roots. The entire collection is available now for a limited time at icybysaweetie.com. Prices range from $18 to $128.
Update, August 10, 2021: The meal we’ve all been waiting for is finally available at McDonald’s. The Saweetie Meal, which comes with a Big Mac, four-piece McNuggets, medium fries, and a medium Sprite, dropped yesterday.
At participating stores, the “Best Friend” singer’s order is available for purchase for $12.69. To make it a large, add another $1.20. For this price, you get the full meal and can choose your drink and dipping sauce. But to take a page out of Saweetie’s book, you have to order the Tangy BBQ Sauce or the “Saweetie ‘N Sour” Sauce for all your dipping needs. And to make it your own, check out how she remixes the order by adding fries to the burger, using sauces as a bun topper or replacing the bun of the Big Mac with burger patties.

McDonald's makes being a die-hard fan easy with their collection of signature meals inspired by celebrity orders, and the latest signature order available is based on rapper Saweetie's Micky D's favorites.
Available on August 9 at participating locations, McDonald's customers can order The Saweetie Meal which includes a Big Mac, four-piece McNuggets, medium fries, and a medium Sprite. For dipping, add on McDonald's beloved Tangy BBQ Sauce and the "Saweetie 'N Sour" sauce—the Sweet 'N Sour sauce you know and love renamed for the occasion.
To really get the full Saweetie experience, the "Tap In" singer suggests adding fries to your Big Mac, using dips as a topping, and putting nuggets in your burger. Any way you slice it, you'll be enjoying the familiar flavors of McDonald's.
Not only will the meal be available for purchase inspired by the rapper, but it will also come together in special designed packaging. Saweetie is the latest celeb to have their McD's order available, following suit with BTS, J Balvin, and more.
“McDonald’s and I run deep—from growing up back in Hayward, California, all through my college days—so I had to bring my icy gang in on my all-time favorites,” Saweetie said in press materials. “Depending on the mood I'm in, there are so many ways to enjoy my order. I like to keep things fresh—I know that’s right.”
