McDonald’s to debut new McFlurry, but only for a limited time. When can you get it?

A new McFlurry is coming to McDonald’s just in time for spring.

Customers can get their first taste of the Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry on April 12 at McDonald’s restaurants nationwide, but only for a limited time, the fast food chain announced.

The frozen treat features McDonald’s “signature vanilla soft serve, strawberry-flavored clusters and crispy, buttery shortbread cookies,” according to a product description.

Pricing information wasn’t immediately available.

It’s just one of two new desserts joining McDonald’s menu, but you’ll have to leave the continental U.S. to try the other, reports say.

Inspired by flavors of the tropics, new guava and crème pies debuted at McDonald’s locations in Hawaii on March 28, Honolulu station KGMB reported.

The pies are made with a “flaky, golden crust filled with a sweet and tangy guava filling and a creamy vanilla custard,” according to the station.

These pies aren’t the first Hawaii-exclusive menu items. McDonald’s customers on the islands can also feast on fried Taro pies, breakfast platters with rice and spam and Hawaiian Islands Passion Fruit Na Pali iced tea, Nexstar reported.
