Massive Funnel Cloud Touches Down in Rural North Dakota as Tornado-Warned Storm Hits

A massive funnel cloud was spotted spinning near Ruso, North Dakota, on August 15, amid National Weather Service warnings of tornadoes in the area.

Videos recorded by Dallas Schmidt first show the early stages of the funnel cloud as it slowly stretches down, before showing the full funnel cloud.
