  • The ever-iconic Mary J. Blige just took to Instagram to share some seriously epic photos where she's posing in a little string bikini on a boat.

  • The singer, 51, was all kinds of strong and sculpted, showing off her epic abs and legs.

  • Mary is all about focusing on self-love and isn't big on restrictive diets.

Mary J. Blige’s latest bikini pic from a boat in Capri has me singing, “Good Morning Gorgeous!” No, but seriously.

The 51-year-old singer-songwriter shared a snap of herself in a bright orange string bikini and the pics are all kinds of incredible (not to mention she's toned AF). Mary paired the bikini with big silver hoops, and showed off her long blonde tresses.

“Summer Time Fly……….” Mary captioned the photo. And I can confirm that she certainly is.

Mary’s followers also agreed, leaving the star lots of praise on her post. “My Lord!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️,” one person wrote. “Sheesh 🔥🔥🔥 killing it 👑👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💛," commented another. And there were too many fire emojis to even begin counting.

If you're curious about Mary's fitness gains, you're not alone. The “Be Without You” singer hasn’t shared too much about her wellness routine in recent years, but she has dropped a few breadcrumbs for those of us hoping to follow along at home.

In 2020, Mary told Health she keeps her routine simple and enjoys weight lifting. "I like to look a certain way. So I have to do what I have to do,” Mary said. "I do a lot of weights—heavy lifting. It keeps everything firm."

She also seems to like getting her sweat on with friends. In 2019, she shared a photo hitting the gym with Gabrielle Union and Tracee Ellis Ross. Talk about a dream hang. Girls, I’m here if you need a fourth!

When it comes to her diet, Mary isn’t too restrictive, but she told Health that she makes sure to eat a lot of protein. Oh, and she also has a green juice every day.

"I’ve been a vegetable eater since I was a kid. If I am going to indulge, it’s a Coke float—vanilla ice cream and Coke. Or a fudge cupcake," Mary said.

Mary’s self-love journey happens both inside and outside of the gym, though. She told Health that she does affirmations in the mirror. "That's learning how to love and hug yourself and say, 'You know what? I love you, Mary. I love you, Beautiful. I love you, Gorgeous. I love you, Smart Woman. I love you, Talented Woman,'" she explained. "That's a practice I do every single day."

Mary also told E! Online that she spent much of her life not feeling beautiful, and that this feeling was also triggered during her recent divorce.

“Imagine going through life as a teenager not feeling beautiful, not feeling any of that or believing any of that, and then getting married and the person destroying you completely," she said. "But it's me or this person, I'm not gonna let this person destroy me, so I'm gonna find something that can help me and those words helped me."

That is beautiful, Mary. I'm cheering you on!
