Jamie Otis is adding two more little ones to the family!

On Monday, the pregnant Married at First Sight alum, 37, shared the exciting news on her family's YouTube channel that she and husband Doug Hehner are expecting twins.

"I've always wanted to be a twin mommy," Otis exclusively tells PEOPLE. "My little sister and brother are twins, but my mom said it'd skip my generation and go to my kiddos, so I never expected I'd end up with twins!"

"After 3+ years of trying, we didn’t think we could be any more excited than simply finding out we are finally pregnant again and the pregnancy is healthy," shares Otis. "BUT TWO! We are over the moon excited (and a wee bit scared! Ha!)"

The two opened up the video by sharing how "exciting" their "big news" is. The video then cuts to the couple telling Hehner's mother that they're expecting. The next clip included Otis arriving at Hello My Baby for a 3D ultrasound.

As soon as the technician began the ultrasound, Otis spotted the two sacs and whispered, "Are you kidding me? Oh my God, is it twins?"

The technician then replied, "Possibly." She then offered to pause the appointment and wait for Hehner to arrive. But Otis decided to get a closer look and surprise Hehner herself.

Once Hehner arrives at the appointment, he glances at the images and is surprised. Otis gets another ultrasound to confirm once more that there are two sacs on screen. The two concluded the video, by thanking fans for their support and prayers throughout the years.

In February, Otis announced her pregnancy news with Hehner - whom she met and married while filming the first season of the hit Lifetime show - in another video shared on their family YouTube channel.

"I'm pregnant. After three years. I am pregnant," Otis tearfully said in the video before it switched to her and her husband together.

"I'm a little bit in shock, a lot a bit in disbelief," Otis said. "It is incredible, amazing. We prayed on it," Hehner added.

"It's been a long journey to get here," Otis told PEOPLE exclusively of the couple's happy news. "But I really believe that everything does happen in God's perfect timing."

The couple is already parents to daughter Henley Grace "Gracie", 6, and son Hendrix Douglas, 3.

Otis teased the big news earlier that same week, sharing a video to her Instagram with her family of five. "Finally! I’ve waited over three years for this!🙏😭🥳 So excited to share our BIG ANNOUNCEMENT with you!🥳," she wrote in her caption.

"We are so excited to take you on this new journey with us! Thanks for being here and celebrating with us! We love you!!! 💜 #bestfrans," she wrote, directing her followers to her YouTube channel.

Otis and Hehner revealed they were expecting again in September 2019, when the mother-to-be celebrated having a “viable pregnancy” at five weeks along after previously losing their son Johnathan Edward at 17 weeks gestation.

They welcomed Gracie in August 2017. Jamie then experienced a chemical pregnancy in 2018, and a miscarriage at 10 weeks along in January 2019.

“I thought having a family would be very easy, so my own misconception about myself was [that] I would be able to have a family very easily,” Otis said in May 2019 on the Share Your Shine podcast. “Come to find out, it’s not as easy … and come to find out, one in four women will have these same issues.”
