Mark Ruffalo Is Confident Thor And Hulk Will Fight In Thor: Ragnarok

We now know that Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk will be appearing in ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ opposite Chris Hemsworth’s Nordic God.

Obviously this immediately led to fans speculating about how the pair will interact during the third solo outing for Thor, and now Mark Ruffalo has predicted that the twosome will indeed fight in the film. Why? Because why the hell wouldn’t they?

During his recent chat with New York Daily News, Mark Ruffalo insisted that while he doesn’t “really know that much about it” at the moment, he imagines that ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ will “be a buddy picture with Thor and Bruce Banner.”

This then led Ruffalo to declare, “I think they’ll probably fight. There’s no doubt, everyone wants us to fight at one point.”

Mark Ruffalo is very much right in his assumption that the entire Marvel public are gagging to see the Hulk and Thor go toe-to-toe on screen once again.

During their combined efforts in ‘The Avengers’ and ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ the duo mostly spent their time working together in order to defeat Tom Hiddleston’s Loki and James Spader’s Ultron.

However, rather delightfully, there was one occasion when the Hulk decided to spontaneously sucker-punch Thor in the side of the face, which produced one of ‘The Avengers’’ largest laughs.

We can expect to see plenty more of this brutal bromance in T’hor: Ragnarok’, which should see Thor and Hulk once again teaming up to deal with Loki, who at the end of ‘Thor: The Dark World’ was impersonating Odin (Anthony Hopkins) as the ruler of Asgard.

Earlier this month it was announced that ‘What We Do In The Shadows’’ Taika Waititi will be directing ‘Thor: Ragnarok’, which will be out on November 3, 2017.
