American fashion label Marchesa has teamed up with luxury bridal brand Pronovias on a new collection of wedding dresses that embraces Marchesa's signature romantic aesthetic – and is perfect for brides seeking that princess look.

The collection – which is made up of eight designs which will be available to shop from next month – is typical of the couture gowns Marchesa has created previously, many featuring handmade, 3D floral appliqué, and the brand's famous corset bodices that have been worn by A-listers both on the red carpet and on their wedding days.

However, the wedding gowns will retail at a more accessible price point than Marchesa couture does, giving Georgina Chapman, creative director and co-founder of the house, the opportunity to design the dream wedding dress for a wider selection of brides.

"In Pronovias we have found the perfect partner aligning with our core values of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail, along with unmatched bridal expertise," she said. "I could not be more thrilled by our partnership, and with the global reach of Pronovias, we look forward to bringing these romantic and feminine designs to brides worldwide."
