Pep Guardiola has rotated his Manchester City side for their FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea this evening, and returned to playing with an orthodox centre-forward.

Bernardo Silva lead from the front as City beat Borussia Dortmund to confirm their spot in the Champions League semi-final and but Gabriel Jesus comes into the side today.

Sergio Aguero has been ruled out of the game due to an ongoing muscular problem, leaving Jesus as the only striker option.

Raheem Sterling was left on the bench for the win on Wednesday, but comes back in. Phil Foden was outstanding having been selected ahead of Sterling, but is only on the bench at Wembley - though Guardiola insists both could thrive in the same team.

He said: "Of course they can play together, they have played many times together.

“Phil can play in five positions and 'Rash' can play in three positions. Everyone can play in a few positions. It depends on them."

Manchester City starting XI (4-3-3): Steffen, Cancelo, Dias, Laporte, Mendy, Rodrigo, Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Torres, Sterling, Jesus
