Magnitude-7.2 Earthquake Hits Peru, Chile, and Bolivia

A magnitude-7.2 earthquake shook south Peru, western Bolivia, and northern Chile on the morning of May 26, officials said.

According to a report by the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the quake was 13 kilometers west-northwest of the town Azangaro in Peru.

Video posted to the Municipality of Iquique Facebook page shows a few shaky angles of the Chilean city’s morning routine as they were impacted by the tremors.
