The Houston, TX, native recently moved to Nashville with her husband, and has wasted no time climbing the musical ladder. In the past year, she was named Billboard's Rookie of the Month and CMT's Next Women of Country. She is also a part of the opening act for Chris Stapleton's All American Road Show tour.

She just released her first ever EP on June 22, 2022, which includes five original songs. She sang two of these songs, Why I'm Calling and Wolves, at the Opry. Her performance ended in a standing ovation from the crowd and lots of love on the Grand Ole Opry's Instagram. "@makingmadeline wowed tonight's Opry crowd during her Grand Ole Opry debut... and it was complete with a standing ovation at the end of her performance! 💫," the Opry captioned their post honoring Madeline.

Madeline commented back saying, "Tonight was a dream I still can't believe that just happened." Madeline's family made the trip to come see her performance including her mother, husband, in-laws and grandfather who she listened to country music with in Mississippi growing up. Her mom, who flew in all the way from California, was the inspiration behind her song Why I'm Calling.

Fans and critics alike flooded the comments section with messages for Madeline. "My first visit to Grand Ole Opry.. you were my favorite. Love your voice and songs. Will definitely be following your career. All my best to you!," one show attendee said.
