This Token Is the Latest Coinbase Listing, and Today's Biggest Gainer Among Top-50 Cryptos

Amid a broad crypto sell-off that saw the overall crypto market lose 2.3% of its value over the past 24 hours, Stacks (CRYPTO: STX) was a big outperformer today. This token, ranked No. 50 in market capitalization among all tokens, led the way with a 10% increase over the past 24 hours, as of 2:50 p.m. ET on Tuesday. News that Stacks would be listed on Coinbase Global (NASDAQ: COIN) and available for trading tomorrow has led to this surge.

UPDATE 1-Profits from Ternium edge up, slimmer margins seen in next quarter
Steelmaker Ternium on Wednesday posted a first-quarter net profit that edged up 2%, propelled by larger shipments of steel even as it predicted that margins could shrink in the coming months. Ternium, which produces flat steel products for industrial use, posted a net profit of $491 million while its net sales rose by about a third to reach $4.8 billion during the quarter. The company's steel shipments during the January-to-March period, meanwhile, jumped 27% year-on-year to hit 3.9 million metric tons.
