Love Island star says Casey ghosted her when they left the villa

Love Island's Rosie Seabrook has set the record straight on how things are between her and her ex Casey O'Gorman now they've left the show.

During the latest season, Casey recoupled with the bombshell, calling it quits with Claudia Fogarty, with whom he had had a romance in the villa.

Now they're all back in the UK, it seems that Rosie and Casey aren't on speaking terms, as the latter stopped replying to her texts.

"Coming back to the UK, we barely spoke if I'm honest," Rosie claimed in a new YouTube Q&A video.

"We were both with friends and family, and that's fine. But for me, I think I did reach out and I didn't really hear anything back and I felt there was no effort made," she continued.

"I think the doubts that I had in the villa became very apparent when we left Love Island, and I feel it just confirmed what I was thinking.

"So that is basically the situation wrapped up, but yes, nothing romantically will be happening going forward."

Prior to Rosie's ghosting accusations, Casey assured fans he and Rosie were still on speaking terms in an Instagram Q&A.

"Rosie and I have spoken... she's such a great girl," Casey explained. "Life outside the villa is just very different, and we will remain friends moving forward."

Meanwhile, Casey has been fuelled rumours he and Claudia may be giving their romance another shot after the two appeared together in a TikTok posted by Islander Aaron Waters last week.

Aaron and Casey were featured in the clip, while Claudia could be heard off-camera saying: "Don't get me in it. People will get the wrong idea."

Love Island airs on ITV2, and is available via catch up on ITVX and BritBox.
