London theatre musical remembers Meat Loaf

Meat Loaf, whose debut "Bat Out of Hell" became one of the best-selling albums of all time, died with his wife by his side, his family said in a statement on Friday. No cause of death was immediately disclosed.

As theatre-goers arrived for the evening performance, the lights outside the venue were switched off for 30 seconds in memory of the musician.

Fans shared their favourite memories of the singer and actor, otherwise known as Michael Lee Aday, who sold more than 100 million records worldwide and had roles in films "The Rocky Horror Show" and "Fight Club."
