Live like Kendall Roy in chic ‘Succession’ penthouse listed in New York for $23 million
If you’re a “Succession” fan, you know that in season three, episode two, of the popular HBO series, the Roy children were summoned together in a lush Manhattan penthouse to listen to Kendall (Jeremy Strong) make a case against their father, hoping his siblings will side with him.
Only the meeting is derailed by, well, doughnuts sent by pop himself.
There also was an unknowing character that attempted to steal the show from the scheming Roys — the sky-high condo itself.
In the show, the five-bedroom, 4.5-plus-bathroom penthouse is owned by Kendall’s very understanding ex-wife, played by Natalie Gold. The characters walk around throughout its 6,711 square feet and show off some chic décor, all while attempting to undermine each other.
In real life, the penthouse is still a breathtaking showstopper and listed for $23.3 million.
“With six skylights, up to 22-foot ceilings, and duplex terrace totaling 2,770 square feet, there is no shortage of natural light throughout this residence,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says. “Unmatched cinematic views of the surrounding cityscape in addition to unique sightlines of the building itself, The Pavilion residences offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in the iconic Woolworth Tower.”
Highlighted features of the property include:
“Expansive professional kitchen”
Great room that “reaches over 52 feet in length”
Primary suite with a morning kitchen
Rooftop terrace
The Woolworth Tower Residences also have a lot to offer, including a pool, fitness studio, wine cellar, tasting room and more.
Doughnuts are not included.
