Limerick Quay Flooded as Storm Barra Hits Ireland

Wind and rain warnings were issued across Ireland on December 7 as Storm Barra hit, with a gust of 113 km/h (70 mph) recorded at Sherkin Island, the country’s meteorological service said.

Flooding was reported in some places. Video here shows a quay in Limerick as the River Shannon overflowed.
