Lake-Effect Snow Blankets Buffalo, New York, in White

Winter weather advisories remained in place as lake-effect snow hit parts of northwest New York on December 8.

Footage filmed by Ryan Griffin shows flurries blanketing homes and cars in snow in Buffalo.
