Both Kyle and Teddi are big fans of long cardio sessions and working out in the fresh air to stay in such abs—olutely great shape.
RHOBH star Kyle Richards, 51, and her bestie, Teddi Mellencamp, 39, know how to have a good time. If you've ever watched the show (or even seen them together on social media), then you know they're not afraid of putting it all out there.
Even though Teddi isn't on the show anymore, she and Kyle are still going strong, according to Kyle's latest Instagram post. In the photo, the pair pose by the poolside, lying across from each other with their feet up. They may be twinning in bikinis, but fans were more concerned with their matching six-pack abs.
"We laugh, we cry, we work hard, we play, we share stories & lift each other up," Kyle captioned the pic. "I love my friends 👯♀️." The photo got tons of hype from Kyle's friends and fans.
Teddi responded with a cute, "love ya Keeks," while fellow RHOBH cast member Sutton Stracke wrote, "stunning pic." And supermodel Paulina Porizkova added, "yay for friends in bikinis!" (ICYMI, Paulina isn't exactly shy about posting swimsuit photos herself.)
So just how do Kyle and Teddi stay so fit? Well, Kyle works out a whopping six days a week. "For me, if I want to feel good and, you know, if I’m stressed, it’s exercise, exercise, exercise," she told Us Weekly.
Kyle mostly sticks to cardio and low-impact workouts, and she loves sharing her progress on Instagram. She's a big fan of boxing, SoulCycle spin classes, and hiking out in nature with her fam. "I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors," she told E! News.
"I was never a runner because I was afraid to fail," Teddi wrote in the caption of an old Instagram post. "I started one minute at a time and every day got faster, and within no time I was running 60 minutes without stopping."
Sometimes, Teddi gets her steps in by busting a dance move or two. How cute is this fam flash mob?
"I can assure you that by just grabbing a jump rope and blaring a favorite song, you will get some amazing cardio in," she said. If that's what it takes to get this fit, count me in!
