Krispy Kreme’s 4 New Doughnuts Are the Cutest Thing We’ve Seen All Year

Krispy Kreme is always hatching new ideas for its iconic doughnut flavors. We don’t have anything against a good, old-fashioned Original Glazed doughnut—in fact, we’re big fans of David Chang’s fried Krispy Kreme doughnut with ice cream—but the limited-time flavors are usually too good to pass up.

Sometimes, the doughnut shop has to get extra creative for its new, monthly doughnut drops—like last year’s M&M-filled doughnuts or the beloved collab with Biscoff—however, when a month has a holiday, the options are truly endless. We’re talking heart-shaped doughnuts for Valentine’s Day, red, white, and blue for the Fourth of July, and no one can forget the “Elf” collab for Christmas last year.

Now, as the bright-green St. Patrick’s Day doughnuts are clearing out, Krispy Kreme has some “egg-citing” new doughnuts joining the menu just in time for Easter. And they might just be the cutest doughnuts we’ve ever seen.

On March 19, Krispy Kreme is launching four new spring doughnuts you’ll hope the Easter bunny will bring you in your basket. The new Spring Minis are all mini doughnuts decorated with colorful icing and toppings perfect for your Easter brunch.

Krispy Kreme Spring Minis Collection

The collection includes a Birds Nest Doughnut made with Cadbury Mini Eggs, a Strawberry Egg Doughnut, a Hatching Chick Doughnut, and a Robin’s Egg Doughnut.

Krispy Kreme’s Birds Nest Doughnut is a mini Original Glazed doughnut topped with a chocolate buttercream “nest,” sprinkles, and Cadbury Mini Eggs. Its Strawberry Egg Doughnut is a mini Original Glazed Doughnut dipped in strawberry icing and decorated with yellow and teal drizzles. The Hatching Chick Egg is a mini Original Glazed Doughnut coated with yellow icing, a chick face, and white nonpareils to make it look like the chick is coming out of an egg. Lastly, its Robin’s Egg Doughnut is a mini Original Glazed Doughnut topped with teal icing and daisy sprinkles.

The Spring Minis collection is available starting the first day of spring, March 19, through Easter Sunday, April 1, at Krispy Kreme locations nationwide. If you don’t live near a Krispy Kreme store, you might still have a chance to try these adorable doughnuts. Krispy Kreme will deliver eight-packs of the Hatching Chick, Strawberry Egg, Robin’s Egg, and Original Glazed doughnuts to select grocery stores daily. You can check Krispy Kreme’s locator to see if they’re available at a Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Food Lion, or other store near you.
