Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s latest photo of her 6-year-old son got people all riled up on Instagram.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared a picture of her “baby” Kash on the way to school, calling him “such a BIG BOY.” In the photo, Kash is seen riding in a booster seat, which the parent police deemed him too big for.

“He too damn big for that seat and u know good and well my sis,” one person wrote. “Why is he in a car seat. He obviously doesn’t need it anymore.”

Hundreds of the 4,000-plus comments remarked on how big Kash appeared. “Biggest 6 year old I’ve ever seen in my life,” noted an Instagram user.

“Omg he exceeds the weight limit for a booster,” said one person. Another added, “He is huge for 6 yr old. He looks too big for that car seat for sure, he probably does not need it because of his weight.”

According to Georgia state law, children under 8 years old must ride in an approved safety seat or booster that is suited for their height and weight. Although it’s unclear how tall Kash is, any child over 4 ft. 9 in. may use a seat belt in lieu of a booster seat.

However, there were many people applauding the reality star for the booster seat.

“Bravo for keeping him in that booster seat Mama! I know so many parents who don’t have their kids sit in anything because they are ‘too old’ and it kills me every time because that’s not what matters! And he is so handsome, gonna be a heartbreaker,” one supportive woman commented.

“YES HE DOES NEED A BOOSTER,” wrote another. “Look up the laws. Everyone saying something, is showing what bad parents they are.”

“People need to check up on the laws of booster seats,” agreed one user. “All these parent police out here need to relax. She’s knows what’s best for her children! Worry about your own children!”

Zolciak-Biermann doesn’t seem too stressed over the negative comments.

“In a booster seat?” one person wrote, to which that RHOA alum replied, “yup!!!!! I’ll keep them in one until they are 18.”

The parent police will really have something to say about that one.
