Yahoo Movies Kim Kardashian feels ‘like herself again’ post-divorce
After filing for divorce in February from husband of six years Kanye West, Kim Kardashian is apparently feeling “like herself again” according to an insider source.
Speaking to E! Online, the report revealed that Kim is “having a lot of fun right now” and welcoming in a “new era”. “She feels free and is a lot happier” they added, “she has been loving going out with friends, meeting new people and really being out and about again.”
And it seems Kim really has been throwing herself into this new chapter of her life. On Friday 16 April, she was seen partying with close pal Jonathan Cheban and posing for pics with Victoria Beckham at the grand opening of Pharrell Williams’ Goodtime Hotel.
The day before, Kim got together with sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner for a big girls’ night out. “Her sisters have been joking with her about how much happier she seems” shared the source. “They are all glad she’s in a better place now.
Speaking to E! News, another insider close to the Kardashians revealed Kim is “feeling some relief that things are no longer in limbo with Kanye.”
“The last year was extremely stressful and hard on her,” the insider added. “She had hoped for so long that they could work things out and she didn’t want to give up. But now she took that final step, she feels like she can focus on the future and finally move on.”
And moving on she is. With the final series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians currently airing on screens, there’s lots of change on the way for Kim. Alongside her KKW Beauty line, Kim is studying to be a lawyer, and of course raising her four adorable kids.
As for her love life, the source revealed that “Kim has also expressed if the right person came along, she’d be interested in dating again. She doesn’t want anything serious anytime soon but she’s been liking connecting with people.”
So, perhaps Kourtney and Travis will have some competition when it comes to being the newest Kardashian-couple?
