Kiernan Shipka's Abs Are Ripped AF In A Cropped Sweater In These Pics
  • Kiernan Shipka is once again showing off her seriously strong core as she goes about her daily life.

  • The actress, 22, walked the streets of NYC this week wearing a cropped sweater and low-rise pants—and the trendy outfit highlighted her ripped her abs.

  • Kiernan is a total boss in the gym and she has worked out regularly with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

When you’ve got great abs, it makes sense that you might want to show them off all year long. Case in point: actress Kiernan Shipka.

The 22-year-old Mad Men alum might just be the Queen of Core because she hit the streets of New York City this week in an outfit that was ~all~ toned abs. I'm really not joking. To put it another way, Kiernan's seriously jacked abs were the main event here, and they were simply accessorized with her trendy low-rise camo pants and a cropped sweater. And I am loving it.

If you're saying to yourself, "Ummm...How?!" Same. Thankfully, Kiernan has shared some inside looks into her intense routines. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star gets her sweat on with famed celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, who has shared a few BTS videos of Kiernan completely owning the gym like the boss she is.

In one video, Kiernan is crushing a Nordic hamstring curl, which seriously activates the muscles in your hammies, and she got a *lot* of praise from Harley while doing it. "In over 28 years of training people, I have never seen a person do Nordic curls as well as @kiernanshipka,” he wrote. Impressive!

Back in 2018, Kiernan told Byrdie that she digs cardio, too. "Getting some good movement is really important to clear my brain when I can,” she said. “I love yoga; I love going on walks. If I’m feeling fun and wild, maybe a class."

Kiernan also likes to kick her day off with a super-charged latte “that’s got Ashwagandha and Cordyceps and all sorts of powders and superpower-y things," she told Byrdie. On the food front, Kiernan mainly cooks “vegetables and meat, and that’s pretty much where it ends.” She added, “I’m so into vegetables. I could go so far as to say that I go to the farmers market and let the vegetables speak to me.”

BTW: Kiernan said that her “top-favorite vegetable” is cauliflower, and that she loves a good roasted celery.
