Khloé Kardashian is a mom of two!

The "Kardashians" star, 38, welcomed a second child, a baby boy, with NBA player Tristan Thompson, a source familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly tells USA TODAY.

The Good American founder and Thompson, 31, are already parents to 4-year-old daughter True Thompson.

On Friday, Kardashian's former stepparent Caitlyn Jenner shared her well wishes to the mom-of-two. "Congratulations major @khloekardashian I love you so much! You are such a strong woman," Jenner tweeted. "And what an amazing mother!"

A representative for Kardashian confirmed in July that the child was conceived via surrogate in November.

“Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," the representative said. "We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."

In January, Thompson confessed on Instagram to fathering a child with another woman, a revelation which Kardashian told USA TODAY in April was the most painful moment to film for the family's latest reality series "The Kardashians" on Hulu.

"That was hard," she said, while seated beside sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner and mom Kris Jenner.

"I think that was hard for me too," Kim added, explaining that she called her sister about the news while filming a workout.

'The Kardashians': Lessons for all of us in Season 1 finale

It wasn't the first Thompson scandal Kardashian's had to weather. Reports of the demise of their relationship surfaced in 2019, as outlets linked the athlete to model Jordyn Woods, a then-close friend of Kardashian's younger sister Kylie.

Kardashian told USA TODAY in April that the pain "doesn't get easier" — but "you do become more numb" to it.

"When you're hurt so many times  – your reactions, your responses to the same thing happening over and over again – there is a numbing sensation to it," she said.

Kardashian and Thompson's tumultuous relationship, which began in 2016, has played out across headlines and on E!'s "Keeping Up," which aired its series finale in June 2021.

Days before True arrived in 2018, TMZ and the Daily Mail published photos and video of a man identified as the basketball player kissing and fondling various women.

In a March 2019 interview on "Red Table Talk," Woods, then 21, admitted she and Thompson kissed, but denied speculation she was the reason for Kardashian and Thompson's split.
