If you've ever been told to "smile" by a stranger on the street or had someone tell you that you'd look "so much better without all that makeup on", then you'll know just how annoying it is to receive uninvitedly comments about your appearance. Imagine then, what that's like for Khloé Kardashian, who has been on the receiving end of such criticism for the best part of two decades. Now, after twenty years of trolling targeted at the way she looks, the reality TV star has had enough – and she's calling out the hate.

"It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I've had 12 face transplants," Khloé said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, referencing how critics have called out her 'changing face' over the years. "It didn't bother me. It offended me."

With frequent accusations that she'd had a "face transplant", Khloé says she "couldn’t figure out why people thought that" especially because the only plastic surgery she's had is "one nose job" which she says she "loves".

"Like, I want everyone to know... I don't care to lie about it... But the transplant thing, I just want to understand why," she added.

Taking the comments in her stride, the Good American founder even revealed that whilst she's happy with her appearance right now, she isn't ruling out more plastic surgery in future, saying it: "Sounds amazing later in life."

As for why she thinks she's been a target for so much hate, Khloé points out that fans (and critics) are constantly comparing her to "'the old me' vs. what I look like now" and to her sisters. "Even just comparing me to my sisters all the time. It's like, you guys, this is what we look like, so I feel like you should know by now, and enough," she went on.

Previously, the 37-year-old has opened up about how having her looks scrutinised in comparison to her sisters has been "really hurtful".

"When I was younger, always being compared to my sisters in a way where I can’t be related to them because we look different. It was always emphasised that they were so much prettier," she told Variety magazine earlier this year. "And that’s just really poor taste. Those things were definitely really hurtful, just to always be compared to them."

You tell 'em, Khloé!
