Kelly Ripa, 51, looked like she was certainly enjoying the sunny rays as she lounged by the pool with her husband, Mark Consuelos, in a new Instagram video.
The actress and talk show host also got busy flaunting her mega-toned legs while promoting her daughter's new single in the clip.
Kelly enjoys a combo of HIIT and dance workouts four to five times a week and eats a high-alkaline diet to keep her energized and healthy.
Kelly Ripa is maxing and relaxing poolside with hubby Mark Consuelos. She shared an Instagram video of their luxurious set-up while giving followers a glimpse of her long, tan legs which are so darn sculpted.
All in all, this snapshot seems like a pretty idyllic moment—waterfront views, the shining sun, a light breeze, the company of your S.O., and their daughter's recent success. Things seem pretty good over at the Ripa-Consuelos home.
Fans were quick to agree: "The song is as great as your tans!" said one (true). Another called Kelly and Mark, "god and goddess 🔥." And a third offered a simple synopsis: "fuego all around! 🔥🎶🎧."
Kelly sculpted her magnificent leg muscles through workouts with her trainer, Anna Kaiser. The two have been training together for 12 years, and Anna has the kindest things to say about Kelly.
Kaiser explained how dance and HIIT combine to create a perfect, full-body sculpting experience. “The best thing about the marriage of dance and HIIT is that you’re moving on multiple planes of motion and you’re having fun," she told Women's Health. "You really need to focus on different types of muscular contractions and angles, not just on getting through exercises for the sake of feeling a burn."
Beyond her fitness routine, Kelly is also aware of how she fuels her body. She often eats a plant-based, high-alkaline diet, according to People. Her meals typically consist of food that is low in acidity, such as beets, broccoli, and kale.
She believes that the diet has positively impacted her health, specifically in terms of inflammation. “I believe inflammation is one of the great killers of people, in different ways. Whether it’s digestive problems, or heart health, or brain inflammation," she told People. "Inflammation really affects your body in totality, so I try to maintain a really alkaline diet.”
Her secret is out, folks! Kelly's strength lies in her dedication to her fitness routine and her alkaline diet.
Enjoy the sunshine, Kelly and Mark.
