Kate Middleton nails the windswept look with this effortless hairstyle trick
As a child, I used to think that princesses were make-believe and only something we would read about in story books or watched in Disney films. But as you do, I grew up to learn about the British Royal Family and more specifically, Kate Middleton – spoiler: she is, in fact, a real-life human being. Though, with her latest hair look, all of those child-like thoughts are flooding back. I mean, how can one look so perfect whilst caught in a gust of wind?! Well, luckily for you, I have the deets...
As you may have seen, Prince William and his wife, K-Mid (aka The Princess of Wales) are in Boston for their first visit to the United States in eight years. This also marks this as the couple's first trip overseas since the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Included in their whistle-stop tour (they're only in the country for three days!), just yesterday the pair visited the east side of Boston to see the changing face of its shoreline as the city contends with rising sea levels.
Now, as expected it looked to be pretty windy – I'm no scientist but they were by a large body of water, after all. Though, having said that, the hairstyle that Kate wore made her locks fall effortlessly.
To keep her hair back and tamed but still down, the princess sported a half-up half-down 'do with the face-framing strands pinned to the back of her head. Yep, it's as easy (and simple) as that! Oh, and would you just look at those end-length curls? Just perfect, as always.
She is beauty, she is grace.
BRB whilst I try and recreate this look for a trip to Southend-on-Sea... not quite as glamorous but it's the best a Londoner can get.
