Kate Middleton Matched Her Caramel Coat to a Very Cute Puppy

Just a day after an impressive all-blue look, Kate Middleton paid a visit to Clitheroe Community Hospital in Lancashire wearing another monochromatic ensemble, only this time, the hospital's therapy dog also got in on the game, matching Kate's caramel outfit perfectly. People reports that Kate and Prince William were at the hospital to see how NHS Charities Together, a cause that the couple has promoted for the last two years, was working to support healthcare workers.

Alfie, the hospital's resident cockapoo puppy and therapy dog in training, greeted the Cambridges as they arrived. Kate wore a long, camel coat that fell past her knees and a turtleneck dress in a matching color as well as slouchy suede boots in a rich, deep tan. She wore her hair in her signature loose waves. Proving that they were very aware that Alfie stole the show, the official Cambridge account tweeted a set of photos featuring the pup with Kate and William.

People adds that NHS Charities Together has provided about $410,000 to establish mental health and well-being services for the 9,000 staffers across the East Lancashire Hospitals Trust — which includes the arrival of Alfie. During their visit, Kate and William masked up and talked to patients about how they were handling the COVID-19 pandemic and continued to stress the importance of vaccinations for everyone.

The outing comes after yesterday's visit to the Foundling Museum in London, which is one of Kate's patronages and is the U.K.'s very first children's charity.
