Kate Middleton is gorgeous in green Michael Kors for surprise church outing with Queen Elizabeth
The Duchess of Cambridge looked gorgeous in green for a surprise church outing with Queen Elizabeth and Prince William in Crathie Kirk, Scotland on Sunday morning. The two are closing out the end of the summer with a vacation to Balmoral Castle, Her Majesty's summer residence, along with their three children.
Photographs taken of the royal family's arrival at services show Kate Middleton sitting alongside Queen Elizabeth as they both smiled and waved to the cameras. Prince William looked dapper in a simple suit and tie, while Kate Middleton looked regal as ever in a green Michael Kors dress, which she paired with a matching overcoat, fascinator by Lock and Co. and her Asprey earrings.
Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth opted for a vibrant magenta suit and matching lipstick!
Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte were not spotted at church services, but royal fans were treated to a brief glimpse of the family after they arrived at Scotland's Aberdeen airport on a commercial flight on Thursday. Footage taken by passengers shows the family-of-five being escorted across the tarmac, with Louis in Duchess Kate's arms. Prince William can also be seen juggling luggage and Prince George's hand, as Princess Charlotte follows behind.
"Earlier in the flight, I’d had the feeling that someone had come on the plane that I’d recognized – but I thought it was just a footballer,” a passenger said to The Sun. “Suddenly, Will, Kate, and the kids all got up, and left. They weren’t harassed by anyone at all as they got off the plane. They just seemed like a family traveling together to be honest. No one saw them get on the plane either. It was amazing how they did it — they must have slipped on quietly, after people were already seated.”
Explained another traveler to The Daily Mail: "The family were sat right at the front. I fly this route all the time and we were non the wiser. No-one knew they were on the flight. Later on I realised that Kate's mother was sat a few rows in front of me."
