Kate Hudson is really feeling the flow in two brand new Instagram posts.
In the snaps, the 42-year-old Knives Out 2 star is dancing her heart out, wearing a monochromatic workout set. And her abs and arms are looking extra fierce!
Kate, who is majorly into all things fitness, loves Pilates. She also puts in some major gym time to mix things up.
Kate Hudson declared 2022 to be the year where will "meet up with my dancing heart again." And I am so here for it.
The 42-year-old actress just shared two posts from her dance workout. In the first, she posted a series of snaps, all of which feature her in different dance positions while wearing a super cute all-black workout set.
In the second, she posted a video of herself really feeling the music, dancing to Sleeping at Last's tune, "All Through the Night." Her killer moves were inspired by modern dance and she does some seriously impressive spins and twirls.
"It's a dance Saturday for me 💃 #fableticscofounder #dancelove," she captioned the pics.
Of course, her A-list pals couldn't get enough of it. Paris Hilton commented, "😍🔥 🔥🔥," While Jenna Dewan wrote an enthusiastic message: "Yasssssss❤️🔥👏👏."
Naturally, it was hard to keep my eyes off her abs—and her impressively sculpted bod. So how exactly does Kate look that good? I mean, seriously, she's all muscle. Luckily for us, she's always sharing her workout with her Instagram followers. So there's plenty of fitspo to go around—as evidenced by this post from December 2021, where her daughter, Rani Rose, joined her during a kettlebell workout:
And in November 2021, she shared more workouts, including a Pilates session with instructor Nicole Stuart.
She also crushed a killer sled workout with her trainer Brian Nguyen.
Kate is always mixing up her workouts and looking for new ways to challenge her body: "I'm definitely challenging myself in new ways, which I need," she told People. "I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier."
And as for nutrition, Kate uses WW (she is also an ambassador for the plan) to track her meals. "I make beautiful meals that have no points, then I can indulge," she told WH. "I’ll do a whole day eating amazing ZeroPoint foods [like chicken and leafy greens], then I have wine and ice cream."
She recently shared a video of herself making a WW recipe for homemade veggie lasagna (which included butternut squash and mushrooms).
And she shared her "Food Diary" with Harper's Bazaar, which includes nutmeg chicken and sweet corn pasta. She also shared that she starts her day drinking celery juice.
And Kate loves a good cocktail. She shared with People that she loves espresso martinis. "It's my go-to for cocktails with a friend or even when relaxing at home," she shared.
