Kanye West has responded to Kim Kardashian's divorce petition two months after her initial filing. To backtrack a minute, Kim filed for divorce on February 19, with multiple outlets reporting that the couple plan to split legal and physical custody of their four kids. Kim's documents were filed by her attorney, Laura Wasser, and they did not list a date of separation (instead, it was listed as “TBD”).

Kay, back to Kanye! According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Kanye filed paperwork seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids (which falls in line with Kim's filing), and—like his ex-wife—he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He also didn’t list a date of separation.

When it comes to finances, both Kim and Kanye have asked the judge to terminate the court's ability to award spousal support to one another. Us Weekly also reports that Kim asked the court to enforce their prenup.

Meanwhile, Page Six previously reported that said prenup ensures that “Money [Kim] earns from … the Kardashian clothing line and promotional appearances, will be considered her separate and sole income,” and that her income from Keeping Up with the Kardashians is also hers.

Kimye's divorce will allegedly be touched upon during the current season of KUWTK. So far, neither Kim nor Kanye have spoken about their split, but Kris Jenner (of course) recently mused ,“I think it’s always going to be hard anytime, you know, there’s a lot of kids. The good thing about our family is that we are there for each other and supportive and we love each other very, very much, so all I want is for those two kids to be happy. And I want the kids to be happy. That’s the goal.”
