In the free-agency flurry the Chiefs have had more losses than gains. Gone are wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman and tackles Orlando Brown Jr. and Andrew Wylie.

Also departing: safety Juan Thornhill and defensive tackle Khalen Saunders.
