Home sweet home will soon have a new meaning for Josh Duhamel, as his "bachelor pad" is about to be no more.

While attending U2's new Las Vegas residency at The Sphere on Friday night, the actor, 50, chatted exclusively with PEOPLE about plans to buy a home for himself and wife Audra Mari — who is currently pregnant and expecting the couple's first child together.

“We're moving next month,” Duhamel said. “We're moving out of the old bachelor pad into an actual home.”

The move, the Transformers star confessed, was more his wife’s idea than his own.

“I’m like, ‘You sure you don't like this whole bachelor pad?' She's like, ‘No, we're leaving,' " he playfully teased of his wife, whom he married in September 2022.
