Joe Biden, Jen Psaki joke with James Corden during White House visit: 'Who is that guy?'

James Corden might want to stick to his day (or night) job.

The British host of "The Late Late Show with James Corden" visited the White House to relieve President Joe Biden's staff of some of their most important duties for his "Take A Break" bit. Corden filled in for White House chefs, Biden's personal assistant, and even took questions for press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre with advice from former press secretary Jen Psaki.

The nearly 12-minute long segment, which aired Thursday during a special week in which the show is being filmed in London, included many cameos from Biden who joked about the host's presence in Washington

"Who is that guy? … What the hell is 'The Late Late Show?'," the president asked the cameras after Corden left the Oval Office to fetch the Commander-in-Chief a snack.

Here's more from Corden's White House tour.

James Corden wants to sell Joe Biden's moonrock on eBay

Today's economy is a hot-button topic in politics and during Corden's visit, he suggested that Biden start auctioning some of the White House artifacts to make a bit more money.

While Biden was showing Corden some of his family photos around the Oval Office, he also showed off one of his prized possessions — an authentic moonrock. Corden was ready to capitalize on the rare piece of history.

"What do you think that might be worth," Corden said.

"We can find out, want to put it up on eBay? I bet you can get a lot for that ... a lot of this stuff is worth a lot of money," Corden added while casing the rest of the office.

Biden replied: "You're getting me mixed up with the last president."

Jen Psaki shares where Biden stands on 'The Kardashians'

Moving on from Corden's plans for economic growth, the host paid Psaki a visit to prep for his chance to take journalists' questions in the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room.

Psaki gave Corden some one-word notes. "War with Russia: Bad," "CDC: Good," "Economy: Strong."

"Is it?" Corden questioned.

Corden sought advice on other pressing issues including where Biden stands on a One Direction reunion, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson's relationship, and if the president has watched "The Kardashians" on Hulu.

"I don't think he has a ton of time to do that," Psaki said. "He's probably not seen it."

An astonished Corden made a note, "Well, that's a problem," he quipped.

Corden went on to stand at the briefing room's lectern and took questions from Politico's Eugene Daniels, NBC's Kelly O'Donnell, Fox News' Peter Doocy and Reuters' Steve Holland (who Corden asked to sing his question instead of asking it.)

James Corden assists White House chefs in food testing

Corden also gave a helping hand to White House chefs in the kitchen. Corden was most interested in the portion of the job that requires chefs to taste food before it reaches the president's table.

"Food security! What a job that is, you must be eating ice cream 24 hours a day," Corden said, considering the cold treat is one of the president's favorite foods.

Corden took the job seriously and made sure to test the first latte he served a customer, pretending to choke after the first sip as a prank.

"Can we get a tip jar," he asked the kitchen.

While Corden has expressed his interest in jobs at the White House, Biden expressed interest in Corden's job as late-night host at the White House correspondents' dinner in May.

"The good news is, if all goes well, I have a real shot of replacing James Corden," Biden said, comparing the two: Both "great performers, going out on top after eight years on the job – sounds just about right to me."
