Jennifer Aniston Is Ashamed Of Some Of Her Own Movies

Sometimes you can’t help but look at an actor’s CV and ask, ‘What were they thinking?’

Obviously they were, hopefully, remunerated handsomely for appearing in such pieces of trash, but after a while they must look back at some of their films and shudder with disappointment.

However, rather than ever admitting that they were embarrassed with their work, most actors toe the company line, grin through gritted teeth, and hope that the critical mauling doesn’t leave an indelible mark on their careers.

Rather refreshingly though, Jennifer Aniston has now come out and confessed that she can’t help but look back through her career and feel ashamed of some of the films that she’s starred in.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Jennifer Aniston admitted that there was a period when she was working so hard that she just accepted roles without considering if they were actually good or not.

“There was a time when I worked and worked and worked. I loved it,” Aniston explained, before noting that she’s now trying to turn down some opportunities that come her way.

“I’m trying to be better at that,” Aniston noted. “I’m a bit of a people pleaser. I’ve got to stop. Some of the movies I’ve made, I bow my head in slight shame over.”

But what films could Jennifer Aniston be talking about? Well the prime candidates are ‘The Bounty Hunter’ and ‘Just Go With It’, with the latter especially being chastised critically. Which was hardly a surprise as it featured Adam Sandler.

But Jennifer Aniston has now figured out a way to stop picking such duds. She only accepts projects that she won’t regret leaving her home, dogs, and husband, Justin Theroux, for. So expect an indie featuring all three to be released in the near future.
