‘Jackass’ Bam Margera vanishes from South Florida rehab — again. Where did he go?

UPDATE: Bam Margera’s representatives told TMZ that the “Jackass” star was found Monday night in a hotel near the Deerfield Beach rehab center, and has agreed to check into a new treatment facility.

ORGINAL STORY: And he’s out of there. Again.

Bam Margera left his rehab facility in Deerfield Beach for the second time in two weeks.

Earlier this month, on June 13, the “Jackass” star ditched the court-ordered program, reportedly driving off in a sedan. Cops found the 42 year old at a Delray Beach hotel a few days later and escorted the reality star back to the center without incident.

But on Saturday, Margera vanished again, TMZ first reported. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the information on Monday.

“Brandon Margera was last seen on Saturday, June 25, at 5:30 p.m. in the area of 1250 SW 11th Way in Deerfield Beach after leaving LifeSkills residential facility,” said in an email statement Monday to the Miami Herald. “He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers.”

LifeSkills would not confirm whether Margera was a patient.

The pro-skateboarder was originally sent to rehab under a court order. Last fall, the Pennsylvania native was taken to a facility after an alleged disturbance at the Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St. Petersburg Beach.

Deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call that “something was going wrong” at the property.

“When deputies arrived, they were informed that Mr. Margera had an ex parte order, which is a judge’s order for court-ordered rehabilitation,” the agency’s statement said. “Those are taken out by a third party on behalf of the person.”

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information about the troubled stuntman to come forward.

Anyone with tips can call Detective Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268 or the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).

As of Monday, the MTV alum’s Instagram was active. He posted a throwback pic of a piece of art done for him by tattoo artist Kat Von D.

Many followers were confused as to Margera’s social media presence.

“My dude, aren’t you missing??” wrote one, summing up what many fans were thinking.

Others voiced their concern.

“Bam, I fully believe that you can get well again, keep fighting.”
