Is Wonder Woman Or Lois Lane Better For Superman? Here’s What Henry Cavill Thinks

Rumours continue to abound that Superman is going to find himself involved in something of a love triangle during ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’.

Despite the fact that he’s already locked lips with Amy Adams’ Lois Lane during ‘Man Of Steel’, there’s speculation that Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman is going to be vying for his heart too in the hugely anticipated superhero hybrid.

But who is actually better for Clark Kent/Superman? Well, who better to ask than the actor who is currently playing Krypton’s most famous son; Henry Cavill. Something that Cosmopolitan did during their recent chat with the actor, which he conducted to promote ‘The Man From U.N.C.L.E.’

However, rather than siding with either Lois Lane or Wonder Woman, Cavill didn’t really provide a definitive answer. Instead implying that both women would be good for him.

After being asked, Cavil responded, “This is a very long discussion because there are a lot of questions to be asked and answered. I mean who is better for a super-powered alien, a human or a goddess? Yes, the goddess can do all the normal things, which we would think are normal in a relationship, and not have any fear of Superman.”

But what about Lois Lane? Well, here’s what Cavill had to say. “But you also need to have that baseline of humanity, which Lois provides,” the actor continued. “And literally keeps his feet on the ground, keeps him down to earth. So that’s more of a debate than an answer.”

While Lois Lane and Clark Kent are arguably the most famous couple in the history of comic-books, in most recent history, especially in the Superman/Wonder Woman series, Superman and Wonder Woman became romantically entangled.

But since Superman is going to have his hands extremely full taking on Bruce Wayne in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’, it’s probably a safer bet that Superman will continue his relationship with Lois Lane rather than the blockbuster wasting time with a love triangle.

We’ll see if that’s the case when ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ is released on March 25, 2015.
