INKcarceration 2023: Slipknot, Pantera and Limp Bizkit set to headline music festival
Slipknot, Pantera and Limp Bizkit will headline this year's edition of the INKcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival, to be held July 14-16 at the Ohio State Reformatory.
The three-day event will feature a number of other heavy hitters in the hard rock/metal genre, including Megadeth, Lamb of God, Bush and Flyleaf with Lacey Sturm.
Limp Bizkit, led by frontman Fred Durst, will headline the first night of the festival. The band is best known for its hit single "Nookie."
Pantera has reunited for some 2023 dates, with original members Phil Anselmo (vocals) and Rex Brown (bassist) joined by Zakk Wylde (guitar) and Charlie Benante (drums).
The band will headline the second night, reforming after the deaths of guitarist Dimebag Darrell and drummer Vinnie Paul, the Abbott brothers.
Slipknot will make its return to INKcarceration to headline the final night after being one of the headliners in 2021.
In addition, more than 65 tattoo artists and haunted attractions will be available at the historic grounds at OSR.
The event continues the ongoing partnership of America’s largest independent festival producer, Danny Wimmer Presents, and the creators of INKcarceration.
